Wisconsin Experience section

An optional section

In the 2025–2026 editing cycle, we encourage programs to retire the Wisconsin Experience section.

• Only a quarter of L&S undergraduate programs use it.
• In most cases, the text in this section comfortably fits in either the Advising and Careers section or the Resources and Scholarships section.

If you use this section, and determine that you can move the information to other sections:

• Move the content.
• Remove the Wisconsin Experience section by deleting all the text in that editing container. When the Office of the Registrar refreshes/republishes that page in the editing cycle, the section will be gone. (Contact Meg if you need help.)
• You can always refer to past versions in the Guide’s archive.
